Fire suppression modules are available in various designs and sizes to protect people, buildings, and assets. The TUNGUS fire suppression module is the core of our automatic fire protection solution. Combined with our state-of-the-art sensor technology, it offers maximum reliability and ease of use – for peace of mind wherever you need it.
Our modules are activated by an electrical pulse, which can be triggered by our TUNGUS sensors (automatic or manual activation) or an external electrical pulse. Upon receiving the pulse, the integrated cold gas generator is activated, creating the necessary pressure inside the module. The pressure removes the module’s membrane, allowing the powder to be released quickly.
TUNGUS modules are not under pressure, but are only pressurized when they are activated.

Gas generator
Similar to an airbag, the gas generator within each TUNGUS module reacts within a few seconds and generates the pressure for the expelled extinguishing powder, thus enabling highly effective fire suppression.
Extinguishing powder
This innovative and completely dry extinguishing powder is safely stored in each TUNGUS module for up to 12 years, waiting to extinguish fires very effectively.
Membrane
The membrane ensure a hermetically sealed module system and, after activation of the cold gas generator, are precisely released from the module by the generated pressure to release the extinguishing powder for firefighting.
